Retrieved Apr 6, 2023, from https://www.tooltester.com/en./blog/chatgpt-statistics/. บรรณานุกรม เพื่อให้เจ้าแชตบอตหาข้อมูล เรียกว่า คำ�สั่ง หรือ พร้อมท์ (Prompt) เราควรพิมพ์คำ�สั่งให้ตรงประเด็นเพื่อที่จะให้ ChatGPT ตีกรอบหัวข้อหรือ เรื่องราวให้ถูกต้องและแม่นยำ�มากยิ่งขึ้น และยังสามารถให้ ChatGPT สร้างเนื้อหาให้เป็นหัวข้อในการจัดการเรียนรู้ในแต่ละระดับได้ เช่น เริ่มจาก เนื้อหาในระดับพื้นฐานการเริ่มต้น (Beginner Users) เนื้อหาระดับกลาง (Intermediate Users) ไปจนถึงเนื้อหาระดับยาก (Advanced Users) และอยากใช้เวลาเรียนเท่าไหร่ก็สามารถกำ�หนดได้ตามความต้องการของ ผู้ใช้งาน ตัวอย่างดังต่อไปนี้คือ พร้อมท์หรือคำ�สั่งที่นำ�ไปใช้ในการค้นคว้า หาข้อมูลด้านการศึกษา Create Assessment Supports: - Write open-ended questions: “Give me 10 question prompts to assess students’ understanding of animal adaptations.” - Write multiple-choice questions: “Provide 10 multiple choice questions about the period of Reconstruction.” - Create questions based on a video transcript: Copy YouTube (or other video) transcript and paste into ChatGPT. Ask to “Generate 5 multiple choice/fill-in-the-blank/open-ended questions from this transcript.” - Create questions based on a text: “Give me 10 open- ended questions about the text Long Way Down by Jason Reynolds.” - Design a rubric: “Create a rubric to grade an 8 th grade informational report on the history and culture of the Dakota tribal nation.” - Generate IEP goals: “Based on the following student abilities [insert abilities here], give me 5 specific and measurable goals for the student to work towards.” Design Lessons and Activities: - Generate descriptions of historical events and bio- graphies: “Summarize the life of Anne Frank in 50 words or less.” - Generate an age-appropriate explanation: “Explain a lunar eclipse for an 8-year-old.” - Develop directions: “Write step-by-step directions for creating reminders in Google Calendar.” - Hook students with an interesting lesson introduction: “Give me 5 fun ways to introduce a lesson on the properties of water.” - Create a script for your lesson: “I want to teach the concept of sentence fluency to my 3 rd graders. What can I say to introduce the lesson?” - Design an entire lesson: “Create a 1-hour lesson plan for introducing the water cycle suitable for 4 th graders.” Just for Fun! - Create recipes: “Give me a recipe for chicken that includes rice and broccoli.” - Write lyrics: “Create the lyrics for a song about the founding of America.” - Develop a script: “Create a script for a scene about the apocalypse that includes Dwayne Johnson and evil houseplants.” - Get jokes: “Give me 10 jokes suitable for teenagers.” - Prep for an interview: “Ask me questions as if you are the interviewer and I am a candidate for a position as an assistant principal at a middle school. Ask me the questions one at a time and wait for my answer.” จากพร้อมท์ด้านบนเป็นตัวอย่างหรือคีย์เวิร์ดที่สามารถนำ�ไป ใช้งานทางด้านการศึกษาได้เลย ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเปลี่ยนข้อความตามที่ ต้องการลงในข้อความที่ได้ทำ�ตัวหนาไว้ แต่ยังคงพร้อมท์หรือคำ�สั่งด้านหน้า ข้อความตัวหนาไว้คงเดิม ซึ่งพร้อมท์ตัวอย่างเป็นเพียงแค่คำ�สั่งพื้นฐานที่ใช้ สำ�หรับการสนทนากับ ChatGPT เท่านั้น หากผู้ใช้งานต้องการที่จะได้ ข้อมูลเชิงลึกก็สามารถสนทนาต่อไปได้ และควรตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ของข้อมูลที่ได้จาก ChatGPT ทุกครั้ง เพื่อตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลที่ ต้องการ หากถูกต้องแล้วก็สามารถใช้บทสนทนาต่อเนื่องจากคำ�ถามแรกได้ อีกคีย์เวิร์ดที่ใช้ในขณะที่ ChatGPT กำ�ลังตอบโต้กับผู้ใช้งาน แล้วผู้ใช้งาน ต้องการข้อมูลที่เพิ่มเติมก็คือ Go on หรือ More Information การสนทนา กับ ChatGPT ควรใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นหลักในการสื่อสารเนื่องจากฐานข้อมูล ที่แชตบอตตัวนี้ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ภาษาไทยสามารถใช้งาน กับ ChatGPT ได้ไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร และมีความล่าช้าในการตอบสนองแก่ ผู้ใช้งาน
