(Automation) มาสู่การใช้ AI เป็นเครื่องมือที่ช่วยเสริมสร้างและยกระดับ ความสามารถของมนุษย์ (Human Augmentation) ให้สูงขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม แนวทางนี้มาพร้อมกับความท้าทายที่มนุษย์ต้องเตรียมพร้อมและแก้ไข อย่างจริงจัง เช่น การจัดสรรเวลาและการเตรียมความพร้อมของครู ในการพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนพรอมต์ (Prompt Engineering) เพื่อดึง ศักยภาพของ AI ออกมาให้ได้มากที่สุด รวมถึงข้อจำ�กัดด้านการประมวลผล ภาษาไทยของเครื่องมือ AI บางชนิด ดังนั้น สิ่งที่สำ�คัญในระยะต่อไปคือ การวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อประเมินผลกระทบระยะยาวต่อการพัฒนาทักษะ การคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ของผู้เรียนเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีนี้ จะนำ�ไปสู่การเรียนรู้อย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ความเสี่ยงสูง (High-Risk) ต้องมีมนุษย์ร่วมตัดสินใจในกระบวนการ (Human- in-the-Loop Verification) เพื่อปกป้องผู้เรียน ในขณะที่ยูเนสโก (UNESCO) แนะนำ�ให้เครื่องมือ AI ในโรงเรียนต้องสามารถอธิบายกระบวนการคิดของ AI ได้ (Explainability) เพื่อให้ครูและผู้เรียนเข้าใจว่า AI ได้คำ�ตอบนั้น มาได้อย่างไร ทำ�ให้เห็นความความสำ�คัญของหลักการ H-AI-H อย่างชัดเจนว่า “การกำ�กับดูแลโดยมนุษย์ ไม่ใช่ทางเลือก แต่คือสิ่งจำ�เป็น” บทสรุป ความสำ�คัญของกรอบแนวคิด Human–AI–Human (H-AI-H) คือ การเปลี่ยนมุมมองจากการใช้ AI เพื่อทำ�งานแทนมนุษย์แบบอัตโนมัติ Bird & Bird.
